Yale Gurney is an award-winning internationally renowned photographer especially known for his event work and commissioned wall decor.
Yale grew up on Long Island and currently lives in New York with his wife Stacey. As a photographer, Yale has always felt fortunate to be in the midst of what he calls "the incredible human laboratory of a truly great city."
In addition to still photography, Gurney has worked on numerous commercial and documentary film productions, served as a cameraman for New York’s TV-55, done time in ad agencies, marketing firms, and production companies. Yale's directorial debut--the documentary "Homeless in the Big City"--was a finalist in the Long Island Film and Video Festival. But as he says, "you're only as good as your next at bat."
